this PR fixes the issue that TeamTalk and Icecast server can't start different uid than 1000.

Keep in mind that images are still built with 1000:1000. So if you want to use 10000:10000 provide volume with configurations and other things required by the app. Only changing the UID:GID without any other adjustment probably can cause crash of container.
